Welcome 2024 - 2025 Students!

Here are the things you can expect in your lessons in our studio:

Throughout the year we will work on music that helps you grow.  This can be very different from student to student.  Basic fundamental items will be scales (lots of scales), etudes, orchestral music, and solo repertoire.  Audition music for band/orchestra will be a priority upon the seasons.  

Participation in your district solo and ensemble contest is greatly encouraged!

Opportunities to play through audition music or etudes for your peers will be given as well as celebrating the year of hard work!

Each year we will make it our intention to have you able to perform individually.  

Beyond the band room is the idea!

 Sharing your talent is a great way to grow and good motivation.

We gather in the summer as a studio to share a piece that has been polished.
